In Peru, the Executive and Legislative powers clash again. The plenary session of Congress admitted, by 65 votes in favor, 36 against and 24 abstentions, a motion for vacancy or request for dismissal due to moral incapacity against President Martín Vizcarra. The document accuses Vizcarra of lying and obstructing a legislative investigation. The president says that they dismiss him because he is not going to resign, since he considers that the broadcasting of the audios that support the petition constitutes a plot against democracy.
