The Russian Space Agency, Roscosmos, has warned of the expected dangerous approach of the US satellite, Prixat 2, which has turned into space waste from the International Space Station.
Sputnik quoted Roscosmos as saying in a statement that a maneuver may be scheduled to avoid a possible collision between the International Space Station and the US satellite BRICSAT 2 on September 14th.
The company pointed out that the experimental communications satellite BRIXAT 2 of the US Navy was launched in low Earth orbit in 2019 by the carrier rocket Falcon of the US company SpaceX and recently turned into space waste.
