, the Judge of Guarantees No. 8 of Cañuelas, Martín Rizzo,
ordered the "raid for the launch"
-as it is legally defined- which must take place on September 23, 24 and 25
"during daylight hours and under favorable weather conditions."
In the resolution, the magistrate explained that all the steps ordered by the Buenos Aires Supreme Court of Justice were followed in a protocol to act in this type of situations of illegitimate appropriation of land in the province.
This instruction was issued in 2019.
Now, the prosecutor Juan Cruz Condomí Alcorta, who processed the file claiming the restitution of those almost 100 hectares to their owners, will be in charge of implementing the procedure.
For that he
will be able to use the public force
"trying to cause
the least possible damage
", as explained in Courts.
The prosecutor announced that he will
use these days he has to request the occupants a voluntary departure.
In exchange, they will not be subjected to legal proceedings.
