Today, the Israeli occupation authorities announced a new settlement plan to establish hundreds of settlement units in the West Bank.
Wafa news agency quoted the director of the Bethlehem Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission office, Hassan Barijia, as saying that the new plan aims to establish 980 new settlement units south of Bethlehem and to seize more Palestinian lands in the area.
Last week, the Israeli occupation forces seized 1,100 dunums of Palestinian land in the West Bank city of Bethlehem.
