Through a letter, judges
Leopoldo Bruglia and Pablo Bertuzzi
went back to the Supreme Court to avoid being removed from their positions.
They did so in light of the possibility that Kirchnerism would displace them on Wednesday in a Senate session called by Vice President Cristina Kirchner.
At the end of August, through the appeal of
per saltum
, the judges had already demanded from the highest court the nullity of the resolutions of the Council of the Magistracy and the Upper House that promote their displacement.
The chambermaids then stated that the situation exposes an "institutional gravity" before which the highest court "must immediately remedy."
