Today, the Russian health authorities announced the registration of 13 new deaths among those infected with the Coronavirus during the past 24 hours, compared to 11 deaths the previous day, bringing the total deaths to 5006.
Sputnik quoted the Corona Virus Operations Center as saying in a statement: “13 people died in Moscow who were confirmed to have pneumonia and underwent tests that confirmed positive for the new Corona virus, bringing the total deaths to 5,006 cases.”
According to the daily update of the Russian Operations Center to Combat Coronavirus, the death toll from the infection has reached one million and 68320, including 18,635 deaths since the beginning of the outbreak.
A total of 878,700 people recovered, after 2,475 patients recovered, leaving 1670,985 active cases, according to the statement.
