With the participation of 50 professional and amateur artists and artists, the Homs Governorate Police Command organized a plastic art exhibition at the headquarters of the Immigration and Passports Branch in the city in cooperation with the Plastic Artists Union branch and a team of university talents from Al-Baath University.

In turn, Brigadier General Mohamed Solimanou, Head of the Immigration and Passports Branch stated that this cultural artistic event is being held for the first time, as it is an important human and cultural experience, and we tried, through partnership with the Plastic Artists Branch and the University Talent Team, to create a unique case of high art within the hallways of the Immigration and Passports Branch through expressive artistic paintings. 100 paintings that achieve the societal vision of the Ministry of Interior, considering that the exhibition is a message confirming the Syrians' support for each other and their support for their service institutions.

Artist Emile Farha, head of the Plastic Artists Union branch, considered the exhibition a "break in the barrier of routine and boredom" in the legal departments, especially the legal, and that its establishment within the corridors of the Immigration and Passports Branch constitutes an unusually visual culture for the reviewers, stressing the branch's support for any creative artistic activity and its adoption of all high-end artistic works for any party. .

The plastic artist, Adnan Al-Hassan, who participated in ten large-scale paintings with a variety of topics on women and nature, believed that the message of plastic art should not be confined to common artistic platforms such as galleries designated for all people to see this art.

The plastic artist, Carmen Shaqira, considered the exhibition a beautiful and qualitative experience, as the artists display their various paintings in which they express their reality, beauty, sadness and nature, as it is an exit from our difficult reality to a more beautiful reality.

The young Alaa Al-Waer, the supervisor of the university talent team, explained that this first participation is for the team outside the walls of the university and that the exhibition is a very important and great opportunity for the talented young university students who participated in about thirty paintings to achieve progress and development in their work and to get to know professional artists to achieve the goal of linking the university to society.
