The defendant Chen Xiaosong (23 years old, student) was charged with one count of possession of objects with intent to damage property and one count of possession of offensive weapons in a public place.

The charge alleges that he was in possession of a credit card-shaped pocket knife, a utility knife, a can of spray paint, three bunches of plastic straps, a box of matches on Johnston Road near Tai Yuen Street in Wan Chai on September 15, 2019, and A radio communication transceiver.

Zhang finally hugged the defendant from behind near Taiyuan Street. The defendant continued to struggle, and both fell to the ground. Zhang used a rubber cord to subdue the defendant. The defendant had physiological saline and a spray paint on his hands.
