Lorena Denis, one of the daughters of the former vice president of Paraguay kidnapped by the so-called Paraguayan People's Army, explains the three points they are required to do to free Óscar.
First, to disseminate the ideology of the EPP to the media;
second, distribute food valued at US $ 2 million in 40 communities;
and third, the release of two leaders of the EPP.
