The Ministry of Education has made it clear that the services for special education students will continue to operate in a tailored manner and in accordance with accepted health guidelines, even during closure.

It was also reported that education programs and personal care programs will be built for students integrated into regular education as needed.
An individual program includes core hours, creative hours, skills development and support - physical, cognitive and mental.
The outline is as follows:
▪️ In special education institutions, or in educational centers in hospitals there will be learning until 14:30
▪️ In special education classes in regular schools: learning in educational institutions, or in public education centers
▪️ Students who study in regular classes (and are eligible for support from a personal basket): Learning Remotely, together with the rest of their classmates, in addition to an individual or group educational response (up to 10 participants), in the authority education centers, or in the student homes
▪️ Students with disabilities in high frequency, who study in regular classes: learning according to the class system.
The educator and the integration teacher will plan for them adapted online learning, in accordance with the personal plan
▪️ Sick students who are at home: will continue to receive educational services as a routine, and if necessary, distance learning will be increased
Students with special needs who are unable to attend the educational institution, or those for whom an additional response is required, will receive personalized education kits, which will include accessories and educational and therapeutic equipment.
Student transportation will continue to be conducted as a matter of routine, and to enable special education teachers to conduct learning in educational institutions, day centers will be operated for their children (ages 3 to 12).
