The Ministry stressed the need to sterilize transportation twice a day before boarding the students in the morning and evening with extended chlorine, and emphasize sterilizing students' hands with a 70 percent alcohol solution or gel before boarding the bus and when getting off the bus, avoiding crowding in it, and obliging the driver, supervisor, pupils and students all to wear the muzzle for the duration of their stay in it. .

The Ministry stressed the need to inform the school health dispensary immediately in the event of suspected or confirmed cases of pupils, students, teachers, or teachers working in private schools, so that the epidemiological surveillance teams in the Health Directorate in the concerned governorate are notified and the implementation is followed up by the delegated directors, educational mentors and specialists. And the private education departments in coordination with the school health departments.

On August 20, the Ministry of Education issued the health protocol for returning to schools in preparation for the start of the new school year in accordance with the requirements to maintain the level of education in Syria while ensuring the health and safety of students, students and workers in the educational field in light of the precautionary measures to confront the outbreak of the Coronavirus.
