These days the discussion of the draft General Law of Higher Education is taking place.
It has been a carefully conducted process, both because of its openness and the willingness of those involved to find good regulations for this sensitive and important matter.
It is obvious to point out that, without a solid university system, our country condemns its future in a world governed by knowledge and knowledge developed and acquired in this higher stage of training.
