Vannini: the pg, condemn the Ciontoli to 14 years

 "Sentencing the Ciontoli to 14 years in prison for voluntary murder". This is the request of the pg of Rome in the bis appeal for the death of Marco Vannini which took place in Ladispoli in May 2015. The Attorney General Vincenzo Saveriano has solicited the sentence for his father Antonio Ciontoli, for his wife Maria Pizzillo and for their children Federica and Martina, the latter of Vannini's girlfriend. In the alternative, the prosecutor asked for Ciontoli's children and wife to evaluate the hypothesis of anomalous complicity in murder, based on article 116 of the criminal code, and sentenced them to 9 years and 4 months of imprisonment. The appeal process bis had been ordered by the Supreme Court which had annulled the first judgment of the second degree asking to recognize the crime of voluntary homicide with possible intent.
