Michał Kwiatkowski won the 18th stage of the Tour de France on Thursday at La Roche sur Foron.
The Pole of Ineos and his team-mate, Ecuadorian Richard Carapaz, crossed the finish line together arm in arm and all smiles but the first named finally won for a half wheel.
For the last meeting at altitude of this 2020 edition, the two Ineos riders worked well together, arriving first at the top of the Col des Aravis then in the Montée des Glières.
Slovenian Primoz Roglic (Jumbo-Visma) retains the yellow jersey ahead of his compatriot Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates).
