Outside camels, inside politicians - the ring is clear for the Bogenhausen district committee!
District politicians in the north of Munich are meeting in the traveling circus for the first time because of Corona.
In the north of Munich *,
a political circus took
place on Tuesday evening due to
Corona
.
But in the literal sense: The
BA Bogenhausen
met in the manege of
Circus Baldoni
.
Not all participants are convinced.
But the
SPD
and
CSU
felt right at home - and want to come back.
Munich / Bogenhausen - The tent has a sweet smell of popcorn, it smells of straw and animals.
This
district committee
is different from all the others:
On Tuesday evening, the
elected officials from
Bogenhausen
sit on yellow folding chairs around the
circus Baldoni
ring
.
Whoever has a seat in the first row uses the ring gang as a shelf.
The rest of them are balancing their laptops on their knees, documents lying next to them on the grass.
The box is reserved for the FDP and free voters.
For practical reasons: The two groups have wheelchair users in their ranks, the box has a wooden floor.
Munich: BA Bogenhausen because of Corona in the circus tent - goats and camels are eavesdropping on the Greens
The Greens hold a short meeting in front of the entrance.
Two little goats are standing next to the fence and seem to be listening with interest, in the background camels wag their tails in boredom.

Because they cannot meet in the deaf center as usual due to Corona *, the BA came up with the idea to
switch
to the
traveling circus
.
After a short interlude in the cultural center of the Truderinger neighbors, they wanted to go back
to their own city district
with their meetings
, as District Committee Chairman Florian Ring (CSU) explains.
Not all seem enthusiastic.
“Alfresco does not charge,” complains Greens spokeswoman Petra Cockrell.
The meeting documents are stored in the BA network.
Another BA member ensures more power behind the scenes.
Political circus in Bogenhausen: CSU and SPD feel good - and want repetition
Despite the adversity, the politicians
will perform here again
next month
.
CSU
and
SPD
want a repeat.
Cockrell's protest doesn't help either.
“I'm there,” says the ringmaster Kaiser.
Meanwhile, the world-famous
Cirque du Soleil
from Canada is grappling with enormous problems due to the corona pandemic.
The iconic circus company had to file for bankruptcy:
Because of ongoing corona problems, numerous students in Munich have already been sent home.
