Corona - Daily Update: 4,537 were diagnosed in the last day

According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of people infected with the virus rose to 171,768, including 549 patients in critical condition, of whom 140 were respirators.

The number of corona patients hospitalized has risen to 1,163, and the death toll is 1,165.

The Ministry of Health updated this morning (Thursday) that 4,537 people have been diagnosed in Corona in the past day.

This increased the number of infected patients in Israel to 171,768.

Yesterday, results were obtained for more than 51,000 tests, with a positive rate for the virus of 8.8.

The test data and their results are not final and may change in subsequent updates from the Ministry of Health.

The number of active patients is 44,984.

1,163 patients are hospitalized in the hospitals, of whom 140 are respirators and 549 are seriously ill.

As of today, 1,165 people have died from the corona virus in Israel.
