Elisa Carrió

confirmed that she will file a complaint against President Alberto Fernández and Cristina Kirchner for the removal in Congress of the three judges who investigated the current vice president.

This Thursday the Executive Power published in the Official Gazette the decrees that make this measure official, which was voted on Wednesday in a controversial session in the Upper House in which Together for Change withdrew from the premises.

They are the judges of the judges Germán Castelli, Leopoldo Bruglia and Pablo Bertuzzi.

"The leaders of Juntos por el Cambio are not going to be the cause of clashes between Argentines," Carrió said in dialogue with

Clarín.

And he pointed directly against the Supreme Court:

"The absence of the country's high court,

which is responsible for controlling the state of rights, is clear."

Minutes later, a statement came out from the

Civic Coalition-ARI

anticipating the complaint.

"What is happening today in Argentina is an unusual provocation," they maintained.

They added: “We are not going to respond to institutional violence, we will only do so with acts in accordance with the rule of law, such as this presentation and those that we have been doing in court.

There and in other organizations, the deputies of the Civic Coalition are reporting every departure from the institutional and constitutional order that is caused in our country.

“We must defend the Judiciary because its independence and, ultimately, the rule of law is at risk.

This defense is made from non-violence, that is why we make a call for peace and we do not want radicalization because it is functional to the power and to the Vice President of the Nation ”, they added.

This morning, President

Alberto Fernández

signed decrees 750, 751 and 752/2020 that render "without effect" the transfers of Bruglia, Castelli and Bertuzzi, respectively.

Thus, in the Buenos Aires Federal Chamber, while Castelli will be removed from the Federal Oral Court 7.

For the Executive, "beyond the terminology used in the aforementioned decree (that of the appointments signed by

Mauricio Macri

), a new appointment was actually configured, in a new position, which does not coincide in all the conditions due to the jurisdiction, grade and subject with respect to the one for which it had been originally designated, and for that reason, the complex procedure established by the constitution had to be completed.
