James Comey agreed to come and testify on September 30 "without subpoena," said the senator.

Donald Trump sacked FBI chief James Comey in May 2017, while investigating foreign interference in the 2016 election suspected of contributing to the Republican billionaire's surprise victory.
This dismissal had caused the opening of the vast Russian investigation of the prosecutor Robert Mueller.
After almost two years of investigation, the Mueller report failed to reveal any collusion between Trump's campaign team and Russian power.
He had, on the other hand, shown that those close to Donald Trump had had numerous contacts with Russian intermediaries and that Russia had intervened in the presidential campaign with the intention of favoring the Republican candidate.
More than 30 people have been charged with charges relating to the investigation.
Robert Mueller refused him to come to testify, indicated Lindsey Graham, noting that he wanted in particular to question him on articles affirming that he and members of his team
