The Home Front Command clarified this morning (Thursday) that the private parks will not open this morning and that the ordinance on the site has been updated and complies with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and government ministries.
The Command's announcement of the non-opening of the kindergartens follows an erroneous instruction given by the Command representatives that the institutions that were excluded include the special education frameworks for at-risk youth and other exceptions including the private kindergartens.
Following the clarification of the command, the Private Kindergarten Forum issued a statement to kindergarten teachers stating that "from an inquiry we conducted with the Ministry of Welfare, we must stick to the government's decision at this stage, and not open the kindergarten today.
