From the International Monetary Fund they announced that they will evaluate the latest measures of the Central Bank in relation to the tightening of the exchange rate and also the 2021 budget presented by the Government.
“We take note of the draft of the 2021 Federal Budget and the measures announced by the Central Bank to tighten exchange controls.
We are currently evaluating these measures and will discuss them with the authorities in the context of our ongoing dialogue, "they explained from the IMF.
"Our ultimate goal is to help the authorities with their plans to strengthen macroeconomic stability, boost growth and job creation, reduce poverty and overcome this difficult crisis," concluded spokespersons for the financial body.
