in public hospitals.
Up to 20 people will also be admitted to religious celebrations.
These are some of the activities that the Head of Government, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, announced this Friday afternoon for what will be a new stage of the coronavirus quarantine.
The authorizations were negotiated on Thursday at the meeting that Larreta held in Olivos with the president, Alberto Fernández, and the governor of the province, Axel Kicillof.
Larreta spoke after the Presidency spread his communication through networks.
It seems that the time of the
shared nuncios
ended after the decision to remove part of the
partnership
that the City receives without prior notice or negotiation.
The Capital continues on a high plateau of daily cases with an average of 1,100 new infections per day.
According to his Minister of Health, Fernán Quirós, and according to what the figures show, there is also

with that average for ten weeks.
It is a stability with a high level. But we add activities with great prudence and the cases are maintained. We continue making efforts to lower them with proactive tests and follow-up of close contacts," said Rodríguez Larreta this late at press conference.
The new phase of quarantine in the City will also add more works under construction.
For this reason, the authorizations have to do with
"regulating activities" in the public or open space
, where the authorities maintain that, with the health care of the use of the mask and social distancing, the risk of contagion is reduced.
The new period will last for
three weeks
, as it happened with the current one.
And that more activities are added will be subject to the evolution of infections following the logic of recent weeks.
The City presented the gradual start-up plan that is progressing or delaying according to the evolution of the number of cases.
Restaurants and bars
Three weeks ago it seemed agreed that
restaurants and bars
with open terraces and patios were going to be able to enable them, and thus expand the permits so that they could work
beyond the sidewalks

But the presidential decree did not allow it and many who had made the investment to mark trails and prepare spaces, could not use them.
Now the habilitation has been agreed.
And the areas will also be expanded so that those who until now could not attend on the sidewalks, have the chance to work in this modality.

in long hours of Saturday and Sunday.

by the City authorities, both of the spaces and of the accesses, which must have a

Schools
It is one of the main pending matters.
"The number one priority is education," Larreta said.
Then she explained that they point especially to the return to schools of the boys and girls who could not connect to virtual classes since March 20 is under discussion.

For now,
the national government has not accepted the City's proposal.
And on Monday there will be a new meeting to evaluate the plan that was presented to the National Executive.
In education, what will be added from Monday is the attention to the public in private schools with a previous shift, and the same in universities.
But there will still be no face-to-face classes of any kind.
Building
There are small works or about to be finished that are already enabled.
From Monday, the permits for works whose completion period is less than 90 days and those greater than 5,000 m2 will come into effect.
The obstacle to construction is that many workers use
public transport
to travel from the GBA, and the use of subways, buses and trains will remain restricted for them.
The hours they can work will be
between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Medical attention
Medical, dental, nutritional and other health disciplines, such as laboratory and imaging studies, will be enabled in City hospitals.
They are the requirements that do not have to do with emergencies and were restricted.
It will be with a previous shift and it also involves the health personnel who provide these services.
Religious celebrations
The number of people allowed in temples and churches is expanded to 20 people, as long as the spaces have the capacity to house them.
The activities that seem to continue to wait are those involving domestic service and the opening of shopping malls and gyms.
All sectors that have been demanding to work but have not yet been able to enable them.
