After three years of the passage of Hurricane Maria, President Donald Trump announced that he will send federal funds for the recovery of Puerto Rico.
The president told a news conference that former Vice President Biden had been devastating to the island.
And he added that he, on the other hand, was "the best thing that has happened to Puerto Rico."
