A busy day comes to an end for the Rottach mountain rescue service.
Our comrades had to deal with a total of three missions.
Once again a big thank you to all organizations for the great cooperation.

Tegernsee Alps: Coronavirus presents Rottach Egern mountain rescue service with new challenges
Unfortunately, the
terrible death
in
Bavaria is
no exception.
Hiking tourists and day trippers
regularly have accidents
in the Alps.
In times of the coronavirus, hiking has grown in popularity.
Many popular hiking routes are overcrowded and
accidents are
increasing.
The mountain rescue service at the
Tegernsee
recently had repeated operational records in Rottach Egern.
This poses
major
problems for
the mountain rescue services
,
especially during the week
.
Most of the time, the rescuers are volunteers and work full-time.
Personnel is so often scarce.
The emergency services are also challenged by new hygiene regulations.
"The
virus
presented us with completely new problems," said Adi Boemmel (55), who is on duty, to Merkur.
