The head of the Iranian Nuclear Energy Organization, Ali Akbar Salehi, affirmed that cooperation between the organization and the International Atomic Energy Agency is always within the framework of Iran's principled policies and positions.
In a statement today, Salehi announced that the date of the visit of the second nuclear site in Iran was set by the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Iranian side, without announcing it to the media, explaining that agency officials confirmed that they had no other request after visiting the two sites in Iran.
Salehi considered that his country does not face any obstacle with regard to compliance with the demands of the International Atomic Energy Agency, provided that this is within the framework of the safeguards agreement and the additional protocol and based on logical and elaborate criteria, pointing out that after the recent agreement between the two sides, agency inspectors visited one of the specified sites in Iran without incident Any obstacles.
Salehi stressed that Iran has demonstrated that it adheres to its obligations, unlike the Americans who break their promises and do not abide by any of their pledges.
