The Board of Directors of the Syrian Community in Egypt held a ceremony today in honor of the outstanding Syrian students in the high school stage in Egypt, with the participation of the Chargé d'Affairs of the Syrian Embassy in Cairo, Dr. Bassam Darwish.

During the ceremony, which was held at the headquarters of the Syrian Community Association in Cairo, certificates of honor were distributed with symbolic gifts to twenty-nine students who had excelled in studies and obtained high grades with a high school diploma in Egypt.

The Chargé d'Affairs of the Syrian Embassy in Cairo noted in a speech during the honoring ceremony the importance of the distinction and excellence of the Syrian students studying in Egypt and this honor for what it constitutes as an honorable model for the homeland and said that Syrian students abroad are the best ambassadors for the country with their knowledge and superiority and the pressures, plots and the Coronavirus pandemic did not prevent them from excelling .

In turn, the cultural advisor at the embassy, ​​Saud Abbas, pointed out the importance of the superiority of Syrian students abroad and their role in reconstruction and reconstruction in their motherland, Syria, stressing that the honor will remain a recurring annual event.

Basil Samakiah, head of the Syrian community in Cairo, explained that "the supremacy of Syrian students is a victory over all the circumstances that tried to hinder them, as he assures everyone that Syria is the country of knowledge."

Fahad Jabrini, an advisor to the head of the community, said that the community will follow up and support the outstanding students of Syria with full force until they obtain the highest diplomas.

In turn, the student Bayan Abdul Razzaq Abdel Qader Shehadeh, who obtained the highest grades with a high school diploma, at a rate of 100 percent, pointed to the importance of honoring for what motivates her to achieve further excellence.
