The woman who was allegedly attacked by her husband last night at their home in Mitzpe Ramon, regained recognition of the doctors' guidance and responded to her parents staying with her.

Her condition continues to be difficult and stable even tonight (Saturday).

This was reported by Soroka Hospital.

The suspected husband will come tomorrow evening to discuss extending his detention.

Her father, who was staying at her bedside in the intensive care unit at Soroka Hospital, said that his daughter called him before she was stabbed by her husband, and told him: "I'm tired of this situation. I decided I was leaving the house because he was beating me. I want to leave the house and he will not give. "Save me."

According to the father, his daughter called him a few minutes before she was violently beaten with a rolling pin, and later stabbed all parts of her body with a knife.

Meanwhile, the husband, who is suspected of attempting to murder his wife, refuses to cooperate with the investigation, on the advice of his attorney, Adv. Shashi Gaz. Investigators received information from testimonies gathered from various sources, including family members, that the background to the woman's violent assault is her will. Leaving home with their one-and-a-half-year-old toddler son.

Both spouses - the woman works in a famous advertising agency and the husband is a high-tech man - recently moved to Mitzpe Ramon, following the woman's work, after living for a long time in Tel Aviv.

The husband is an engineer by profession.

The couple's neighbor in Mitzpe Ramon, Shlomo Ben Harush, said in his testimony to the police that he heard the woman's screams, after a number of children, including his grandchildren, turned his attention and they shouted: "Save, save!".

Ben Harush said: "I came to the house and looked through the shutters and saw the rolling pin, and the knife in his hand. I shouted at him beyond the shutters that were open: 'Do not kill her.

Please, I beg you, do not kill her. "He turned, came in my direction and closed the shutters."

Another neighbor of the couple arrived at the scene, and together with Ben Harush, they entered the house, and found the couple's toddler son covered in blood, and his father washes him in the bathtub.

We took the boy from home, and he did not stop crying.

Apparently, by his incessant crying, that he had witnessed the whole tragic incident that his father was trying to murder his mother.

Apparently, the toddler was a witness and the father decided to put him in the bath so that he would not see the horror. "Ben-Harush also said that he asked the husband why he beat and stabbed his wife, and he said that" his wife beat him. "
