The social and national story dominated the story evening organized by the Homs Literary Salon in the modern cultural center in the Zahra district.
The evening was opened by writer and journalist Issa Ismail, author of the novel “Cities and Women,” with an emotional and social story entitled “One Rainy Evening,” in which he addressed the issue of early marriage and its impact on the girl.
The director of the Homs Literary Salon, the poet Muhammad Al-Abdullah, participated in a set of prose clips that talk about the living reality and its impact on society.
In turn, the Palestinian storyteller Sumaya Hamid presented a story entitled “Haneen,” in which she stored a group of Palestinian refugee memories and described nostalgia for the dirt of the land and the pain caused by displacement, migration and aggression.
