Occupied Jerusalem - SANA
For the second consecutive day, the Israeli occupation authorities continue to close the Tomb of the Patriarchs in the West Bank city of Hebron to Palestinian worshipers.
The director of the Ibrahimi Mosque, Hefzi Abu Sneina, explained to Wafa that the occupation authorities, in a new attack on Islamic holy sites, closed the mosque yesterday and provided protection for settlers to break into it, stressing that preventing Palestinians from performing prayer is a violation of the international conventions that guaranteed freedom of worship.
Dozens of settlers stormed this morning the Al-Aqsa Mosque with heavy security from the occupation forces in an attempt to impose a fait accompli regarding judaizing the Temple Mount and controlling it.
