Some even carry out their screening in other departments to optimize waiting times.
Analysis of the data published by Public Health France on the feedback of results indeed shows significant variations according to the territories and a deterioration of the situation since the end of August.
In Paris for example, almost all of the results of the tests carried out on August 13, or nearly 95%, had reached patients within three days of the day of the sample.
A month later, this proportion had halved, reaching painfully 51% of the results of the screenings carried out on September 10.
What happened between these two dates?
End of vacation, back to school or even returning to work are all factors that have fostered suspicion of contamination and increased the use of tests.
