A powerful explosion rocked a building of the armed Shiite movement Hezbollah on Tuesday (September 22) on the outskirts of a village in southern Lebanon, causing thick swirls of black smoke, sources said.

Referring to an "
accident
", a source close to the pro-Iranian party told AFP that it was "
a Hezbollah site
". A resident of the village of Ain Qana spoke of a house acting as a "
center of Hezbollah
", and specified that members of the movement cordoned off the area. According to "
preliminary information
" from a military source, it is a "
Hezbollah site
".
