EXCLUSIVE - They have been the buzz since the summer and getting a place to eat is sometimes an obstacle course. We have tested (and rated) them for you.

Ake Table & Wine (8/10)

After a trial run in the neighboring wine cellar Au Quai, the talented Swedish chef Linda Granebring (ex-The Broken Arm) inaugurated in July with her companion, Julien Jack Alda - in charge of the room and the bowling (nature ) -, this pretty wine bar on the edge of the Saint-Martin canal.

She offers admirably generous and traveling dishes to share, with creative associations, full of herbs, spices, freshness and games of textures: golden gnocchi, burrata, grilled peppers and brown butter;

tuna crudo, tomato compote and spicy eggplant, chickpeas, dill and capers… Note, for Sunday brunch, an excellent Colombian filter coffee and a devilish brioche with cardamom.

The "boboïtude" in what it certainly has the best!
