The Egyptian government has warned Egyptians about floods and rising water levels in a number of Egyptian governorates.
Egyptian media quoted Egyptian Minister of Irrigation, Mohamed Abdel-Aty, as saying that precautionary measures have been taken so that citizens can take all precautions and realize the expected danger.
The Egyptian minister pointed out the importance of counting all the violating dwellings that are affected by the high water level and which are required to be evacuated, and taking all measures regarding them, taking into account any impact that may occur on the Nile islands, and preparing a daily report on the lands and buildings affected by the high water levels.
