The Greens' motion to “take Moria refugees into the district” was countered by suggesting that Green elected officials should take care of the people.
Specht held District Administrator Göbel to artificially downscaling the accommodations available in the district by 20 percent.

First Göbel praises, then he rumbles
District Administrator Göbel first had to swallow when he spoke.
"I hope that you will pass the following discussion with ease," he said to the plenary.
The Green parliamentary group leader, Susanna Tausendfreund, had just justified the Moria request: She was aware that the district was only responsible for its quota.

“They cannot be extended,” said the district administrator.
