Eleven men and women were involved in a gathering at the Tai Po Market MTR station on September 7 last year, including a father and a daughter, each charged with one count of participating in an illegal assembly.

The case is presented to the West Kowloon Court today (23rd). All defendants do not need to respond for the time being. The case is postponed until December 30 to allow the defense to obtain documents and give legal advice. Each defendant shall be released on bail of 500 yuan. Do not leave Hong Kong.

11 defendants: Wei Zihao (19 years old), He Guoxi (25 years old), Chen Zhichao (49 years old), 15 years old male student, Zhang Boao (18 years old), 17 years old woman surnamed Chen, Lin Jiahuan (20 years old), Xu Junjie (23 years old), 17 years old woman surnamed Liang, Yang Peiyi (19 years old) and Chen Tianlang (18 years old).

Chen Zhichao reported that he was retired. He was also the father of one of the female defendants. The remaining defendants all reported that they were students.

They were accused of participating in an illegal assembly with others at the Tai Po Market MTR Station on September 7 last year.
