Wadih Al-Rifai, the owner of one of the comfort factories that recently returned to work, explained to the SANA Economic Bulletin that Al-Raha Al-Hourani is one of the best, light and healthy sweets that have preserved its position despite the increase in the prices of raw materials and production requirements such as sugar and nuts, pointing out that the process of its manufacture witnessed the development of the product by adding special types of hospitality. Such as nuts, pistachios and cashews, in addition to traditional well-known types such as pistachio comfort, sesame, coconut comfort, sugary and gentle comfort.
He said that the flavor and the unique taste are the feature of the Horanic comfort that the children inherited from their ancestors, and that all attempts to imitate them failed, noting that the secret of its manufacture is the precise ingredients and the method of cooking and not adding industrial ingredients to it.
