Hama Finance Directorate continues to work on the project of numbering all real estate in the governorate within an electronic map by converting real estate records and data from paper format to electronic format with the aim of increasing their reliability and preservation, issuing electronic financial record data and giving them to their owners easily and with the required speed.

Mujahid Al-Danki, Hama Finance Director, stated in a statement to the SANA Economic Bulletin that the electronic real estate record-keeping project aims to implement plans aimed at developing financial performance and simplifying procedures for citizens and facilitating their access to the required services, especially those related to real estate sales, indicating that the automation processes include the migration and displacement of data from paper records. And its settlement in a computer database and placing it within an electronic map that can be dealt with with ease, with a focus on taking into account the daily movement of the real estate newspaper, which is constantly changing as a result of the sale and purchase of real estate and the change of the name of its owners and the projects of secretion or modification of ownership where these amendments are automatically entered On the computer and from there to the electronic map at the same time.

Al-Dinki pointed out that the treasury program developed by the Ministry of Finance has started, which includes secretariats, banking operations and funds, which is reflected in the speed of implementation of those operations, the reduction of paperwork and the implementation of inquiry processes in an automated and simplified manner, in addition to reducing the time and effort for citizens from auditors to the Finance Directorate, pointing out that The directorate has made advanced steps in the field of networking between the directorate and the regions, as the directorate and Masyaf finance have been linked, provided that the process will be completed in the al-Ghab, peaceful and defended areas during the coming period.
