Video conference in the Argentine Parliament: The current incident "really exceeded the limits of this House"

After several months of the pandemic, many people know: Working in your own four walls has its pitfalls - especially when it comes to video switching with colleagues.
Sometimes the children happily burst into the conference, sometimes the microphone is still on while the meeting is used for other activities.
In Argentina, however, a politician left the camera on at a particularly intimate moment, causing outrage.
MEP Juan Emilio Ameri was seen kissing a woman's breasts during a video session of parliament.
He was then excluded from further meetings on Thursday for at least five days.
In his apology, Ameri said he did not know he was online.
The session had been canceled by the Chairman of the House of Representatives, Sergio Massa, because of the incident.
During the video switching in the corona crisis, scenes could already be seen on the large screen in which MPs fell asleep or shielded themselves from the eyes of their colleagues, said Massa.
But the current incident has "really exceeded the limits of this House".
Ameri's excuse: his wife's breast implants
Ameri could be seen stroking and kissing the breast of a woman sitting next to him.
One of the breasts was temporarily bare.
The images quickly spread over the online networks.
The 47-year-old parliamentarian from the northwestern province of Salta reacted contrite.
He regretted the incident and was "very ashamed", he said.
He believed there was one of the most common internet outages in his region.
Ameri also reported that his partner only had breast implants placed ten days ago.
It should not stop with the five-day suspension of the parliamentarian.
The House of Representatives wants to decide within this period what further punishment will be imposed on him.
