A draft ruling by the Minister of the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico, Luis María Aguilar, proposes that the highest judicial body declare unconstitutional and an attempt against human rights, the intention to carry out a consultation on whether or not to prosecute former Mexican presidents .
The project will be submitted to the plenary session of the Supreme Court on October 1.
