The total number of Coronavirus cases in France has exceeded half a million.
Reuters quoted the French Ministry of Health as saying in a statement today that 15,797 new cases of the virus were recorded today, bringing the total number of infections to 513034 cases.
The number of daily deaths due to the disease increased by 150, three times the level of last week, and the total number of deaths reached 31,661.
Yesterday, France recorded a record high number of HIV infections, which reached 16,096 cases.
