Challenge Cup: Toulon extinguishes Leicester and offers itself a final

Toulon qualified for the European Challenge final where RCT will face Bristol after winning 34-19 over Leicester at Mayol on Saturday.

Four tries, including a double from its young winger Gabin Villière, allowed Toulon to reach the European Challenge final eight years after the last one, lost to Biarritz but which heralded a European treble the following three years (2013-2015) .

In the harbor, Patrice Collazo's men put pressure on the Leicester Tigers on Saturday and took off after only 20 minutes of play (17-3).

They will find in the final, between October 16 and 18 (the precise date remains to be defined), Bristol roughed up for a half by Bordeaux-Bègles who ended up winning after extra time (37-20)
