Actress claims: James Packer forced me to have sex with his partner Israel today

British actress Charlotte Kirk ("Ocean 8") has claimed she was forced by billionaire James Packer to have sex with Kevin Zujihara, a former senior in the Hollywood film industry.

The "Hollywood Reporter" investigation published yesterday (Friday) sheds light on the affair.

A source on behalf of the 28-year-old actress asked to remove the restraining order, which prevents her from talking about the issue. 

According to a lawsuit filed by Kirk under a confidential name, Packer presented it to his film venture partner on September 27, 2013. It was alleged that the invitation to the presidential suite at the Bel-Air Hotel in Los Angeles was presented to her by the tycoon as a "life opportunity."

It was further stated there that as part of the chain of events that night, Packer forced Kirk to have sex with Zujihara for money, in order to promote a huge deal in which the latter was involved.

Between 2013 and 2014, a consensual relationship existed between Kirk and Sujihara, the former CEO of the Warner Brothers. After allegations were made that the actress participated in the film giant's productions due to the relationship between them, the CEO resigned.

He denied having sex with her that was not consensual during those years.

The petition was filed in the Los Angeles Supreme Court and was published in the Hollywood Reporter.

As part of this, Kirk first accuses Packer of being present at the hotel that night.

She has previously said that Packer did not treat her inappropriately.

According to the petition, Kirk "fell victim to a conspiracy of elites in the entertainment industry, who believed they could abuse and use it without fear of punishment - and then get rid of it."

The defendants are Packer himself, Chuihara, director Brett Ratner and Israeli-American producer Avi Lerner.

The latter two are also partners in Packer's deals in the film industry.

Their lawyer claimed that the amount demanded by Kirk in the lawsuit was similar to extortion.

According to them, this is a conspiracy that is a "honey trap" for them.

Packer, it will be recalled, testified in the 1000 case (the "Gift Case"), in the framework of which alleged benefits were allegedly given to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
