Iranian parliamentarian: (Israel) arsenal must be subjected to international control

Head of the Nuclear Committee of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian Shura Council, Sarah Fellahi, called for subjecting the nuclear arsenal of the Israeli occupation entity to international control.

Fars News Agency quoted Fallahi as saying in a press statement on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Nuclear Weapons that the illegal Israeli entity has an arsenal that includes hundreds of nuclear warheads, while the Islamic Republic of Iran is facing embargo due to its possession of peaceful nuclear technology and its commitment to all international laws.

She called on Fellahi to subject all governments and countries to nuclear control in order not to deviate from their natural course in the use of nuclear energy and to reject the selectivity in the actions of international organizations in dealing with the countries of the world regarding the use of nuclear energy.

It is noteworthy that the United States, the major ally of the Israeli occupation entity, has prevented Arab efforts to include the Israeli occupation entity’s nuclear arsenal in the work program of the International Atomic Energy Agency. Most of the American presidents acknowledge the special relationship between Washington and "Israel" since 1948.
