British actress Charlotte Kirk has filed a confidential lawsuit against three Hollywood producers, including Australian billionaire James Packer, in an attempt to lift a restraining order on an event in 2013 in which she claimed she was forced to have unprotected sex to close a film deal - reported today (Saturday) In the British and American media.

Packer is considered close to the Netanyahu family and a key figure in the 1000 case.

Kirk, 28, apparently filed the petition in the Los Angeles Supreme Court on September 3.

According to reports, in addition to Packer, the lawsuit concerns film producers Brett Ratner and Avi Lerner, an Israeli-American, and outgoing Warner Bros. president Kevin Zujihara.

It was further reported that the application was filed under a false name.

Kirk is seeking to lift the restraining order to speak freely about the alleged incident at the Bel-Air Hotel on September 26, 2013, despite signing a confidentiality agreement last year.

According to the lawsuit, Kirk claims she was forced to have sex with the Zujihara, then head of the Warner Brothers, in an attempt to close a $ 450 million deal between the same company and the production company RatPac-Dune Entertainment, founded by Packer and Ratner.

All four men vehemently denied the allegations.

Packer's defense attorney, Ratner and Lerner claimed they were victims of a multi-million dollar extortion plot, backed by Kirk and two others.

Prosecution details revealed that when Kirk arrived at the Bel-Air Hotel, she was presented to Zujihara while consuming cocaine.

Shortly afterwards, Zujihara left for another room.

So, Packer told Kirk that Zujihara was interested in talking to her about her career in the same room.

Kirk entered the room and found Tujihara naked on a bed, and it demanded that they have sex.

Kirk hurried out and into the nearby bathroom, expressing her opposition in a message she sent to Packer.

In response, he ordered her to "stay calm."

When she tried to leave the room, Packer, who was taller and much stronger than her, blocked her way and told her threateningly that she must have sex with Zujihara.

In a desperate attempt to get Kirk to act as he wished, Packer offered her $ 30,000, which she refused to accept.

Fearing for her personal safety, from being blacklisted and ruining her career before she started, she succumbed to Packer’s pressures and had sex without consent with Zujihara.

Kirk then heard that Packer had offered her to Sujihara to persuade him to agree to the deal.

Next to Kirk and Zujihara there was a brief affair, in agreement.

Last year, he was forced to retire from the Warner Brothers due to allegations of promising auditions for Kirk in exchange for sex.

Zujihara also denied these allegations.

Now, Zujihara Gan denies the allegations about the 2013 incident.

"All the allegations against Kevin Zujihara related to Ms. Kirk lack a legal and factual basis, and were formed many years after the brief relationship that was consensual between them in order to obtain an unfair payment," his lawyer said.

Meanwhile, the other suspects also refuted the allegations.

Advocate said the men are "victims of a multi-million dollar extortion civilian conspiracy carried out by Charlotte Kirk and two others."

He also called the lawsuit a "honey trap."

The text messages pertaining to the incident also do not clarify what happened.

In 2014, Kirk allegedly sent a message to Packer that read "You made me sleep with Kevin (Zujihara)".

According to the reports, Packer replied, "I did not promise you anything or cause you to do anything. This is a very uncool conversation."

At the same time, it was alleged that Kirk sent a message to Ratner a year later, in which she said she had "been used as a whipped cream cherry for a deal with the Warner Brothers."

It was further alleged that she added: "What you all did to me is repulsive !!!".

However, in an interview in April 2019, which took place after some of the messages were leaked, Kirk said other things.

"I do not consider myself a victim because it was my choice," she said.

"I was not forced to do anything and did what I wanted - for better or worse. I would make completely different choices now and I regret the things I did."

Last month, Kirk made headlines after it was revealed that she also had an affair with NBC Universal head Ronald Meyer.

Mayer reportedly reached an arrangement with Kirk in which he paid her a sum of money after she made some sort of accusations against him.

Between Packer and Netanyahu

Packer, 53, is one of the main figures in the 1000 case, the gift case, in which Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is accused of fraud and breach of trust. According to the indictment against Netanyahu, he received hundreds of thousands of shekels worth of benefits from Packer and Arnon Milchen, which included jewelry, cigars and champagne, in violation of his public office.

Packer was also questioned in Australia on suspicion of bribery in the affair, and a senior police official said that his testimony in the case greatly strengthened the suspicions against Netanyahu. Packer previously purchased a home in Caesarea near the prime minister's. According to the indictments, the house was used by Netanyahu in his absence.
