Corona morbidity is rising all over the world, and it seems that many of the countries are approaching the possibility of closure or further restrictions.

In the last day there have been many reports of a jump in the number of people infected in countries such as the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Iran, the United States and more.

So is the world moving towards a second closure?

In Iran, President Rouhani today (Saturday) authorized the heads of provinces in the country to impose a closure wherever necessary to stop the spike in corona infections.

"We are forced to tighten regulations and supervision, starting with the capital Tehran," Rouhani said on local television.

He said those responsible for managing the fight against the disease would recommend restrictions and discuss whether to impose a closure for a week.

The steps they would recommend could be "restrictions or Saturdays" of schools, universities, seminaries, mosques, cafeterias, sports and cultural halls, hairdressers and more.

"If the county governors deem it necessary, these will have to close for a week," Rouhani said.

Today alone, 172 corona patients have died in the country, and 3,204 new cases have been identified.

The total death toll has reached 25,394, while the number of those infected with the outbreak is approaching 450,000.

In Spain, the health minister today urged authorities in Madrid to tighten restrictions, warning that residents of the capital and nearby areas are at "serious risk".

Madrid now has a policy of partial restrictions mainly on districts where the population is of low socio-economic status and the level of density is high.

Yesterday, authorities in the capital rejected the national government's recommendations for closure across the city, as while morbidity continues to rise.

"Madrid is at serious risk and it is time to act resolutely," Health Minister Salvador Ayala told a news conference, calling on the capital's regional authorities to "put citizens' health a priority."

Just yesterday, 12,272 daily infections were recorded in Spain.

716,481 people have been infected with the virus since the outbreak, the highest in Western Europe.

More than 31,000 people died.

Across Europe, a record number of patients has been recorded in countries such as Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Poland and more.

In Russia, they reported a daily record in the number of infections not recorded since the end of June with more than 7.5 thousand verified.

France records an alarming jump in morbidity.

The number of people infected since the outbreak of the epidemic exceeded 500,000 yesterday, with the number verified in recent days standing at 16,000 daily.

Its government has issued an order disrupting the activities of bars and restaurants in Marseille, which is a major focus of illness.

Protesters came out against the decision and called for the restrictions to be lifted.

The French prime minister warned on Thursday that if the government did not act to prevent the country's morbidity, it might repeat the situation at the height of the crisis in March.

"It's a race against time. The public needs to be attentive and wise. If we don't act we could find ourselves in a situation similar to spring."

In the UK morbidity continues to rise but no closure measures have yet been decided.

"Britain will likely have to go back to some of the closure measures across the country, and better sooner rather than later," leading epidemiologist and former government health adviser Neil Ferguson said about a week ago.

In the United States, four states reported a daily record in the number of verified.

Wisconsin, one of the states with the highest rate of cases, reported 2,629 new infections, surpassing the previous record set last Friday, according to the data.

Minnesota, Oregon and Utah also reported an increase in the number of cases.

Earlier this week, the governor of Wisconsin declared a state of emergency for public health and extended the obligation to wear a mask until November.

According to an analysis by the Reuters news agency, in the last week the number of infected people increased by 10% compared to the previous week.
