"Due to the drastic
slump in sales
due to the Corona * pandemic, the decision was made with a heavy heart to close the doors completely on December 31, 2020," the statement said.
In 2002 the
hotel
and the associated
Anna Restaurant & Bar were
opened.
The
turnover
this year was only a fraction of the previous year.
"With less than 25 percent of our normal
sales
, we unfortunately cannot keep operations going because the monthly
costs
remain," says
boss Michael Geisel
.
"This step makes us very sad, but in these times we have no other option," regret the managing directors.
"This step is very tough for our guests, but above all for our loyal employees," emphasizes

Right next to it, the new building of the luxury hotel
Königshof
is currently being built
