At about 5 o'clock in the evening on Sunday (27th), a 16-year-old girl made a report in Qinghe Village, Sheung Shui, saying that she had been raped by a 16-year-old male friend in a staircase of Guangyuan Village, Sha Tin earlier.
The police temporarily classified the case as "rape" and arrested the juvenile involved. The criminal investigation team of the Shatin Police District took over and followed up; the female victim was sent to the North District Hospital for examination.
A weathering case occurred in Qinghe Village, Sheung Shui last Thursday (24th). A 16-year-old girl reported being assaulted by another 16-year-old boy. The police subsequently arrested the teenager in Xianglongwei Village, Sheung Shui.
