The Armenian Ministry of Defense confirmed that it had irrefutable evidence of the Turkish regime’s intervention in the ongoing conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the Nagorno Karabakh region, noting at the same time that it was investigating by sending the Erdogan regime mercenaries from northern Syria to inflame the situation there.
And many media reports previously documented the head of the Turkish regime sending thousands of terrorist mercenaries from northern Syria to Libya, accompanied by Turkish soldiers and with support and funding from the Sheikhdom of Qatar to support the Al-Wefaq government militia there.
Russia Today quoted a spokesman for the Armenian Defense Ministry, Artsron Ovanessian, as saying that the Armenian side has some information that sheds light on Turkey's role in the recent developments in the region, as the talk is about compelling evidence of the presence of Turkish weapons in the Azerbaijani forces in Karabakh.
Ovanessian added, "There are other facts that need scrutiny. As for the militants, with the passage of time, we will collect more evidence and talk about the subject based on clearer evidence."
The situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh region witnessed a sudden military escalation today, while the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides exchanged accusations about the reasons for the escalation.
