Drunk several times, sat behind the wheel without a driver's license, threatened and insulted the police and state authorities: the list of charges against a 32-year-old Gaißacher is long.
Escape from the police with around 1.7 per mille
Police officers threatened and insulted
First home and then by car back to the police
Bad Tölz - It all started with a drive home from McDonald's on Lenggrieser Strasse at 0.25 a.m. on Saturday.
When the Gaißacher got into a police check, he fled south in his car on the B 13.
Shortly after the city limits, he wanted to turn into Tölzer Strasse in the Gaißach municipality.
According to the police, he lost control of his vehicle on a wet road.
The car slid onto a green area.
The man then fled on foot.
After fleeing 250 meters, the police caught up with him
However, he had made the calculation without the police officers who caught up with him after 250 meters.
According to the report, he was “initially unreasonable and refused to provide personal information.” However, he did a breath alcohol test, which turned out to be around 1.7 per mille.
The man responded with insults.
"I'll kill you, aa the judge and prosecutor," threatened the drunk finally.
Nevertheless, he had to hand over his driver's license and vehicle keys.
After the blood collection, he had to take a taxi home.
With a borrowed car back to the police in the morning
That was not the end of the case.
As proof of his “particular lack of transparency”, the police assess the fact that the Gaißacher came to the Tölzer police station a few hours later, namely at 8.40 am, in a borrowed car and there demanded that his vehicle key be handed over.
When he was accused of not having a valid driving license and that he had driven under the influence of alcohol at the wheel, he claimed to have come by bike.
A police patrol soon found that he was going home by car.
When he should be checked, he tries to escape again.
The 32-year-old man, already known officially according to the police, is now awaiting criminal proceedings for repeated drunk driving, driving without a license, threats and insults.
