He said that the epidemic continues and the government still implements a gathering restriction order. At present, less than 10% of the catering industry may still make money because of food delivery or low cost.
He said that although New Year's Eve is a peak season, unless companies think of some ways to change their operations, they can only make some difficult decisions.
Guo also said that after SARS in 2003, the mainland opened up and the economy immediately rebounded.
At present, the industry is still concerned about the Greater Bay Area, whether it can be helpful to carry out some safe economic activities while preventing the epidemic.
