One person was killed and 11 others were wounded in a shooting at a building in downtown Waterloo, Iowa, USA.
"One person died of his wounds ... and 11 others were wounded, including eight with gunshot wounds," city police chief Joel Fitzgerald said in a press conference broadcast by US media, explaining that one of the injured was in critical condition.
The police chief indicated that the reason for the shooting, according to the preliminary investigations, is due to a dispute in the building, where members of motorcycle clubs usually gather, indicating that investigations are underway and the statements of many witnesses are being recorded.
Shootings are commonplace in the United States, with the spread of a culture of violence in American society and the right to individual weapons defended by President Donald Trump.
